How to use it
- Start with the total.
Keep the starter total for a first pass, or replace Amount with your own working number. - Replace guesses with quotes.
Use Actual quote and Paid when a vendor quote or deposit arrives. - Keep notes short.
Use Notes for taxes, service fees, what is included and who owns the follow-up. - Move to the live calculator when totals change.
The first three columns import into Weddenly so you can adjust guests, percentages and remaining budget.
No account is required. Downloaded files stay on your device, and the live calculator stores edits in this browser unless you export or share them.

- Can I use this wedding budget template in Google Sheets?
Yes. Import the XLSX workbook into Google Sheets to use its editable cells and formulas. For plain rows, import the Google Sheets-ready CSV instead. File edits do not sync with your browser plan. - Does the template work with the Weddenly budget calculator?
Yes. The first three columns match the calculator import format: Category, Percent and Amount. Extra quote and note columns are for spreadsheet planning. - Is this a final wedding cost estimate?
No. It is an editable planning worksheet with starter percentages. Replace the rows with real quotes as vendors confirm pricing. - Do I need an account to use it?
No. Downloads are direct files, and the live calculator works in your browser without a signup wall.
