The template keeps the planner deliberately small: six columns that import cleanly into Weddenly and still cover the decisions that affect seats, meals, table groups and thank-you tracking.

How to use it
- Start with households.
Add everyone who receives an invite, then use Household to keep couples, families and friend groups together. - Keep the Side values simple.
Use Couple, Partner A or Partner B so totals stay readable when you review the list. - Use Status as the RSVP field.
Pending, Yes and No import cleanly into the live planner and RSVP tracker. - Put dietary details in Meal.
Meal choice, allergies and notes fit in one column until catering needs a fuller export. - Move to the live planner when counts matter.
The browser planner uses the same columns and adds local save, plus-one counts, duplicate hints, CSV and PDF export.
No account is required. Downloaded files stay on your device, and the live planner stores entries in this browser unless you export or share them.

Yes. Import the XLSX workbook into Google Sheets for editable cells and RSVP totals, or import the Google Sheets-ready CSV for plain rows. File edits do not sync with your browser plan. - Does the template match the Weddenly guest list planner?
Yes. The template uses the same Name, Household, Side, Plus one, Status and Meal columns as the live guest list tool. - Do I need an account to use the template or planner?
